Our non-profit organization, The HEME Foundation-Dream Academy, is dedicated to empowering women and children through community action by leveraging resources and expertise to support impactful initiatives.
Allowing children and families to dream and live the life my son Terrell (known to family and friends as Heme) didn’t get the chance to experience due to losing his fight against cancer at the precious age of 6 years old. Heme was very much loved and a joyful light to everyone who crossed his path. Even during his fight, Heme found a way to put a smile on the face of others. At the HEME Foundation we are teaching children to be productive and handle challenging life situations with the same positive attititude.

This special event provides food, gifts and holiday cheer to women, children, and their loved ones who would otherwise go without.
